Deborah's Company Network (DCLN) is a dynamic group of women of faith who hold influential leadership roles, including Lead Pastors, Presidents, CEOs, Executive Directors, Managers etc.

 

WHAT WE DO :

 

Quarterly Breakfast Meeting opportunity to mingle, build connections, and strengthen our sense of community.

Monthly meetings on Zoom to pray for each other and with each other.

OUR WHY?

 

Women in leadership roles often face unique obstacles that can hinder their faith, professional growth and effectiveness.

 

DCLN provides a safe space for leaders to share their experiences, discuss their challenges, and gather support to overcome them. We provide an environment of understanding and solidarity, where women can empower one another to confront and navigate any obstacles effectively.

 

DCLN is also a place for building connections with other women in leadership which can open doors to new opportunities, collaborations, and mentorship.

DCLN contributes to the overall well-being of its members. Leadership can be isolating, and the pressures associated with it can lead to stress and burnout. DCLN offers emotional support, encouragement, and camaraderie, helping women to navigate the ups and downs of their leadership journeys. Our sense of community fosters resilience and promotes mental health, ultimately leading to more sustainable and fulfilling leadership roles.
