The Deborah’s Mentorship Institute (TDMI) is a 12-month transformational journey designed to equip women with the tools, wisdom, and spiritual grounding to lead with excellence in faith, purpose, and influence. Rooted in biblical principles and inspired by the leadership of Deborah (Judges 4–5), this program empowers women to rise in their calling with confidence, clarity, and courage.
Program Structure:

Duration: 12 months

Frequency: Monthly mentorship and leadership meetings

Facilitators: Seasoned leaders, pastors, executives, and community mentors
Program Components:

Monthly Mentorship Sessions — Interactive group meetings with seasoned mentors exploring topics in leadership, purpose, and life balance.

Leadership Workshops — Practical training on communication, organizational development, ministry growth, and community impact.

Personal Growth Tracks — Guided mentorship in spiritual maturity, emotional intelligence, and personal healing.

Accountability Circles — Small peer-to-peer support groups fostering reflection, prayer, and collaboration.

Capstone Project — Each participant designs and implements a leadership or community impact project within her sphere of influence.
