3. Vendor Package

 

Standard Vendor Table Includes:

  • Vendor display space

  • One table and chair

  • Opportunity to sell and promote products

  • Business visibility during the event

 

4. Vendor Guidelines

Vendors are responsible for:

  • Arriving on time for setup

  • Bringing display materials, signage, and payment tools

  • Keeping booth area clean and professional

  • Selling only approved products or services

  • Respecting event guidelines and attendees

 

5. Important Times

 

Vendor Setup: 9:00 AM
Event Time: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
Teardown: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

Vendor Fee: $150​​

Limited electricity may be available upon request.

This depends on the vendor package. Details will be confirmed after registration.

Are vendor fees refundable?
Vendor fees are generally non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
